I am a postdoctoral researcher at the RAND Corporation. My research focuses on labor and public economics, with a particular emphasis on education. Using quasi-experimental methods, I study how education policies and programs shape students’ pathways from schooling to the workforce, with implications for economic mobility and equity. My work has been supported by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Urban Institute.
I received my PhD in economics from the University of Maryland in December 2025, and my BS in economics from The Ohio State University. Prior to my graduate studies, I was a Data Analyst at the University of Michigan's Youth Policy Lab and a math teacher in New Orleans, LA.
